I rented a trailer at this store. When the guy connected the light wire harness the turn signals didn?t work. He blew a fuse. I drive a Ford Expedition with a factory towing package. When I left home it was working fine. He asked for my SUV Manual to find and start checking the fuses related to the hitch lights. He was not successful. He couldn't find a blown fuse or any other problem. His suggested taking it to the Ford dealership to have diagnostics run or let him wire directly into my tail lights with a separate hook-up. After wasted time, it made no sense for the dealership to tell me it was a fuse! He said the charge would be $36. To save time I allowed him to do this. I was charged $48.36, not $36! The guy at the register couldn't explain it. I was too frustrated so I paid. After I was home I had the towing package checked and fuses. The Manual had the correct fuse box for hitch turn signals and location. A bad fuse was found. The guy didn't find it. It was still factory sealed.
