Dryer Vent Doctor

Cleaning seem to have gone well however after 10 loads of drying there was a build up of lint at the end of the vent. Very obvious too me there was lint that was dislodged during the cleaning process that was never vacuumed out and now pushed to the end of the vent. Called Matt but he was not willing to stand behind his work. His claim is that the vent didn't meet code because it had a pest guard on the end and this much lint would be normal after 10 loads. This code issue was never stated during the visit, secondly the amount of lint at the end is well beyond what 10 load would produce. Would not use his service again.

Great customer service! Thought I needed a new dryer since it took several tries to dry my laundry. After Dryer Vent Doctor cleaned the vent, my dryer now dries like it did when it was brand new. Thanks for saving me a few hundred dollars.

Great Service! I had been without my dryer because of repairs for about a week and a half. It was recommended that I get the dryer vent cleaned before I used it again. I searched the internet and called a few companies that couldn't get to me until the following week. I called Dryer Doctor and he was very helpful in getting me in the next day. He could easily have put me off until next week, but he had an opening on the end of his day and pleasantly scheduled it for me. Thank you Matt!

NEED A GOOD DUCT SERVICE - Dryer Vent Doctor is the only one to call. I knew I had a major problem with my dryer as it was taking longer and longer to dry my wash; let alone when I saw the plastic vent hose running approximately 20 feet plus long - with five elbows. It took me months to finally find someone to come out and fix my problem and that was the Dryer Vent Doctor. Mr. Bales assessed the situation and took care of everything. They did an excellent job, were very professional and I'll see them in a year to clean out my vent. Thank you. MMartin

We were having trouble drying our clothes after numerous attempts to fix the problem I narrowed it down to a clogged exhaust vent so I look around on the internet and called Matt at "Dryer Vent Doctor's", that same day Matt and his wife Alex were at my door fixing our problem. Matt and his Krewe did a great job and I highly recommend them, if your clothes won't dry call Matt and your drying problems will go away, btw he's great with dogs too.

This is a great company to do business with. Matt answered the phone the very first time I called, answered all of my questions and scheduled the appointment. Boom - done! He was able to come on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. My dryer ducking runs from the dryer, up the wall, through the attic and out a vent on the roof. They thoroughly cleaned the vent, both the back and lint trap area of the dryer and even cleaned the back of the washer. Matt checked the ducking up through the attic and climbed on the roof to clean the vent. The vent had not been cleaned in 15 years. My dryer is now drying clothes like it did when it was new. I highly recommend Dryer Vent Doctor.

Dryer Vent Doctor did a very good job for us. They came on time and explained everything to us. It was fun seeing them work. I hadn't cleaned my dryer vent in two years and couldn't believe what they removed. They showed me everything in their vac. Would recommend this company to anyone. Great service. I called the Dryer Vent Doctor because I was having trouble with my dryer. It was taking forever to dry my clothing and my dryer was overheating. They did a great job for me. I have a long vent that is very hard to access. They used a long brush that was over 25 feet and cleaned the entire vent. I couldn't believe the lint. My dryer works great now. The price was great too. Will use them again for sure.
