Too bad they weren't around when I took him to Small Claims Court, and the judge ordered him to REFUND ALL OF MY MONEY and to PAY MY COURT COSTS,

Of course, as you'd expect with a rip-off artist like this, he has ignored the court order for months and refused to refund even a dime.

Do yourself a BIG favor: find a more reputable and reliable person to work on your chimney.
