A disappintment. Arrived late, no courtesy call; 10-15 minutes is excessive, not a great first impression. Bank requested a full appraisal due to the amount appearing too low; based on exterior pictures. Not us, the bank. I should post the pictures taken, they were more of our furniture vs. actual customization of the home. Ridiculous. I had to chuckle a little; since my presumption of someone in business since 1975, would be a it more experienced? Fully renovated kitchen, with granite & customized cabinetry with crown molding...and the picture was of our island?! Maybe he thought he was doing the lender a favor, being conservative; however, no favors were done. Second appraisal came in $15,000 more than theirs. Would not recommend. We are being realistic, not pessimistic. We got exactly what we wanted in the end; but what a waste of time & energy their services were. I am an advocate for great service, accountability & professionalism. They have fallen short.
