        Horrible response time, had to call them 3 times, and email requested information several times.Not a very good first impression. My company is always on the look out for competitive bids and great service when it comes to crating, packing and shipping. Portland Packaging's slow response (over 5 days), to provide a simple quote is not a good reflection on their overall business practices. I would not recommend this company.
