Established in 1958, Portland Habilitation Center is a nonprofit that provides education, training and jobs for individuals suffering from developmental, physical and mental disabilities. The organization s janitorial division provides services for office, school, airport, community center, clinic, warehouse, and apartment and power dam. Portland Habilitation Center also provides contract manufacturing, small product assembly, radio frequency welding, warehousing, label printing and product recycling services. The organization s services also include collating, order fulfillment, heat-sealing, confidential shredding, scanning and document imaging, and document storage and destruction. Its clients include Action Printers, Danner Shoe Company, Army Corps of Engineers, Oregon Health Division and United States Department of Navy. Additionally, it provides contracted services for landscaping and property management companies. Portland Habilitation Center is located in Portland, Ore.
