        SUPER MONEY SAVER!!

        Prior to closing I had Homescope do an analysis and they turned up problems that would have cost me well over 30K to fix. As things worked out, with the printout proof in my hand I not only got the seller to make the necessary repairs but to pay Homescopes fees on top of that.

        What do you need the most when starting up a business? Working capital. Homescope ended up practically giving me well over 30K in start up capital that would have been spent on repairs prior to business start up. People, these folks can find the INVISIBLE and provide the documentation prooving it!!! I highly recommend this company before you buy ANYTHING of a real estate nature. These people are LIFESAVERS!!!!
