        Made an appt for cleaning. Unable to do myself due to disability. The appt was made easily and quickly. Then I was texted early the morning of the appt. There was an emergency and he wanted to switch the appt from Monday to Thursday. I said okay - no problem. Then on that Thursday he never showed up. No phone call no text...nothing. I texted him and asked if he was going to show up? Still no response. UNRELIABLE!!!!
