My husband and I had 3 other computer repair places work on our computer. None of them could fix it. After 3 weeks and still a broken computer, I mentioned all our computer problems to a good friend of mine. Well the timing was right because she had just had a wonderful outfit fix her computer. And they came to her house. My husband was so mad since he hurt his back lugging our computer to the different repair stores. She gave me Geeks To Go's phone number and I immediately called them. They came out the next day and fixed the problem right away at my home. It was great. I have been telling all my friends and several of them have already used them with the same great results.

Geeks to go came to my aid when I really needed someone to help. My computer crashed--hard drive seized up--and not only did they get my computer working, but they also managed by the grace of god to save my data. I love these guys. What a great company.

I got a horrible blue screen right in the middle of doing my taxes and my computer was completely locked up. Of course I had no backup and was panicking. And he was so friendly and took the time to answer my questions before booking my appointment and sending a tech out a couple of hours later on the same day. The tech who came out and fixed my computer was so friendly. He got my tax program working again with no loss of data. He also tuned up my system so that it runs so much faster now than ever before. The technician from geeks to go was great. He was friendly and so patient with me and explained what he was doing so that I could understand. He fixed my computer right at my house. I didn't have to haul my computer anywhere which I was quite grateful for. And he fixed my router, too all for a very reasonable price. I am very satisfied and have recommended geeks to go to many of my friends who have also now used this service. They have been very pleased, too.
