Bob Schatz Architect

Bob at Allusa really changed my opinion about Architects. He designed a new home for me and my wife and gave us way more than we expected and within budget. We liked the fact that he works in an office and not out of his home or something and not knowing what Architects charge we didn't know what to expect but we found that his fees were fair. I was really glad to have him on our team during construction, the contractor at times kept talking a whole different language and I was fearing price increases but Bob was a bit like our interpreter and reality check. Hiring an Architect was a bit odd at first because I had never done it before but after the house was done I sure was glad to have hired him, I know we got a better house in the end. Better than I thought possible, but that is what he does.
