Silver White Laundry

I have used this laundromat in the past and haven't had a problem until now. I brought several bags of bedding to this laundromat this past December. Bedding that is used in a rental home we have so I was surprised when I brought the bedding to the house just recently to find many of the sheets where faded in color and were stained with some sort of rust stain as well as a very expensive quilt and shams destroyed with the same rust stains that were found on the sheets. I went up to the laundromat today and showed it to the lady behind the counter. I was shocked by her response! Not only did she blame the stains on me!! She blamed them on a worker that now longer works there. When I asked if I could speak t the owners, she said they are not here today and not sure when they would be in. So I left my name and number for them to call. Which I really hope they do, becasue, I have recommended them to others and will be sure to spread this story going forward of what they did to my bedding as well as there terrible customer service!!
