        Overall

        I hate to even give them one star, very incompetent and unprofessional staff, it took them 2 weeks to do a simple factory reset on my phone, they struggled with locating my phone every time I called to check on it and each time I called they assured me that it would be ready to be picked up the next day which was never true. Then they finally told me two weeks later that it was fixed and ready only for me to show up to a still frozen iPhone. But they still charged me $25 for them to keep my phone for 2 weeks though. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a phone repair store! If you need a phone repaired do yourself a huge favor, and go somewhere else, literally ANYWHERE else. Juan and his team are a joke.
