Six Mile Storage

I called and a senior lady answered. I asked her what size storage units they had, instead of answering my question, she asked a nosey question about what I was wanting to store. I answered household items and I wanted a unit as big as a vehicle. She started telling me that I could not put a vehicle inside a unit. I again told her it was NOT a vehicle, but that I wanted a unit as big as a vehicle. I became upset because I could not get my question answered. I told her to nevermind because she was being argumentative, nosey, and that what I store is none of her business. She hung up on me. So, I stopped by the Six Mile Storage and used the remote call button, the same senior lady answered, and she remembered me, I told her she had one bad review on Yellow Pages and unless she apologized to me for being argumentative, not answering my question, and then hanging up on me, that she would have two bad reviews on Yellow Pages. She did not apologize and hung up the intercom on me then also. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORAGE FACILITY TO ANYONE ! T B.

Terrible!!! Good at taking money, full of arguments and harassing text upon check out. Unit was swept out, but deposit not returned. Claimed we left a lock on the unit. Sent her pictures of our locks that were used. Lady argued with us on the phone and sent harassing text to our phone. Refusing to allow us to cut the lock. The lock was not ours. We held up our end of the agreement. I was good with her up until receiving several unnecessary text messages. This post says I need to leave one star. I don't believe they deserve that. But I must to post this review. I DO NOT RECOMEND this place to anyone!!!
