Solar Nails

I give them a negative 10 they are very rude I have been going here for a long time and now it's worst than ever . I asked him not to make my nails wide at the tips I just wanted them shaped regular and he charged me an extra $5 for no reason at all I keep asking him why he just kept saying extra .I didn't get coffin nails or anything like that just regular nails with Shellac . Then when ever I try to tell them anything about my nails they keep getting mad saying later and still never did anything I asked of them ...by the time I was done my nails are funny looking and I just got them done yesterday and they look like they need a fill-in already SMH I will not be returning at all period .you guys may have good experiences but not I this is just my personal experience with them.

I've been a regular for a little over three years now. I absolutely love them. Sapa does my nails and I've never had a problem. They do a wonderful job and very clean.

During a pedicure instead of cutting my cuticle the older lady cut the skin above it. Got a infection and took a long time to heal.

I was there over a week ago and been trying to reach someone to tell them how terrible their service was and how unsatisfied I am with their service. After I left their place, mutt greet were still very rough and cracked. The girl barely looked at what she was doing and rushed through my pedicure. I have never been so upset by their service as I am from that night! I was finally able to get through today and was told they could do nothing for me because I didn't talk to them within 2-3Days, which normally I would understand but when I called, the phone did nothing but ring.

Depends which day you go on, I have been a regular but I see now they rush through and they had me under the solar drying sytem for more than 20 min while she did someone elses nails and this was on a tuesday. I am not going back I dont care how good Sapa is. I will only go back to get my eyebrows done thats it!!! My time is valuable too!! Plus they always charge a different price for the same thing!!!!!

I had an older gentleman, I wanted gel nails with french manicure. HE DID A TERRIBLE JOB!!! I would not recommend this place once so ever!!! He gave me acrylic but charged me for gel. He made the white part of the "french manicure" halfway down my nail. He literally squared the nail. They look fake, I wanted naturally looking nails. I told him I did not like them, he filed more away still making them square and now I have less nail than when I went in with. DO NOT GO THERE and waste your money. I feel like I threw my money out the window.

EVERYONE ONE THERE IS SO FRIENDLY AND SAPA IS THE BEST DESIGNER IN THE WORLD. SHE DOES EVERYTHING FREE HAND. THEY HAVE NEWLY REMODELED THE WHOLE PLACE ADDING SEVERAL MORE PEDICURE MASSAGE CHAIRS. I LOVE GOING THERE IT IS LIKE VISITING FAMILY.
