Exquisite Corpse Coffeehouse

The coffee was great, the service was fantastic, and the feel of the place was amazing. It felt very cozy, and I wouldn't mind spending a few hours there just relaxing!

There are a lot of places to get coffee in the Port Huron area, and I have tried them all. Exquisite Corpse is THE BEST! Patty and her crew are very friendly and welcoming. The fresh-roasted coffees, in several varieties, are at the top of the list of exquisite. The baked goods are scrumptious. The atmosphere is warm and comfortable. The regular customers all have a great story to tell. The front of the shop houses the Gold Rodent Gallery with some of the best local art. WELL WORTH THE VISIT - and you will find yourself drawn back, again and again.

This is a great new cafe in Port Huron. I really hope that it is hear to stay. When I went I ordered an iced green tea and it was perfect. The service is really good and the place is clean. It also has a really cool artsy vibe. Definitely that special local place that everyone would want to be at. The side street location isn't exactly the best for business but it makes the experience of stumbling upon it that much more exciting. This cafe is truly a hidden gem. I strongly encourage people to check it out.

The coffee is fantastic. You walk in and can smell the roasting beans. There were three of us, I tried their Kenya medium roast, Sumatra dark roast and Brazilian Judos. All three were very good. I prefer medium and light roasts but I still enjoyed the dark roast. The bakery has muffins, bagels, biscotti, and cookies. I had an elephant ear cookie and the biscotti while my friends tried sticky buns. All of us enjoyed the food. It was packed on grand opening so finding a table was tricky. The lounge chairs looked comfortable but I didn't get a chance to try them. I will be visiting there again soon. Don't know if there is WIFI or outlets for a laptop. Will check on that the next time I go.
