Overall

I have a very similar experience like Phil. I took my car in and pick it up weeks after. It was somewhat simple issue and it took them weeks and boy, did they give me excuses. I DO NOT Trust these guys and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They took my money and promised to change the parts but it was not changed. Everyone around town know these guys are a bunch of crooks. The owners son was also very rude and disrespectful and is always ready to fight; to no surprise he has been arrested a couple times.

They are much much more reputable auto repair shops around, please stay clear for these guys. They change there name from A2Z to H&S Auto and diesel Repair, so beware. I was not happy with their service

Overall

Please take my advise and stay from this place. They are very dishonest and they do sloppy work. Just check BBB and you will see for yourself. They will rob you with your eyes open Please take your business somewhere else. They are known to over change and also change for work not done..A bunch of crooks.

All those Google user's review with no names......They are fake.

Overall

Brought in vehicle for A/C repair. Changed out the entire system due to a failed compressor. The system still did not work. No communication during the process. I had to repeatedly call to get information about delays. (Ordered the wrong parts.) Then wanted to charge for a diagnostic AFTER they had done $600 in replacement. I picked up the car AS IS, CHANGED A 10AMP FUSE, and the system WORKED!!! I called the the owner to discuss this, He refused to receive my call or ever returned my telephone calls. Too much of a bother to deal with even if the work were exemplary. Buyer beware.

Where to begin: Customer brought vehicle in self-diagnosed and outlined what parts he wanted changed. Customer was quoted to replace only parts he asked for and nothing further. There was a delay in receiving one of the parts, however the custom was notified immediately. Throughout the entire repair process the customer was informed of all findings and all calls were returned. Upon completion customer was not happy that his diagnostics did not repair his problem. Customer was offered diagnostics at this point for a reasonable fee and the customer declined. In retrospect I am happy it was “only a fuse” as the customer indicates. Furthermore, concerning communication after the customer picked up his vehicle; The customer declined diagnostics, removed his vehicle and verbalized his frustration in my shop. Therefore there was no further need to communicate with him regarding this situation. To Summarize in short, All Repair Shops Beware and proceed with extreme caution when entertaining or considering doing repairs for this customer!

Overall

We had a chance to have some work done by these people not too long ago. A 2005 Ford Explorer that needed an engine replaced, brakes, struts, and rear end repaired. The work was excellent and there has been no problems whatsoever with the work they did. I would let them do work on my truck or car anytime.
