Monthly monitoring fee is very low; getting reliable service from local technician is horrible. I have tried getting a sign for my residence for a year now with no luck, back order so I keep getting told. The technician is my area has cell phone that he never answers and a voice mail box that he refuses to set up, so you are unable to leave a message. When you call the office with your compliant they advise you to call him! Poor tech service…….I guess that’s why the monthly monitoring fee is so cheap.
