Auburn Heights Apartments

This apartment complex has a contract with Conservice (water bill) company
they charge extreme prices and late fees
Example:if your bill is late on the 1st or not paid on the 1st of every month, a hefty $20 is slapped on to the bill
Conservice charges for Trash, water, sewage and additional service fee
my bill this month was:
$20-water
$20-sewage- so 20 for flushing the toilet- this is LUDICROUS!!
$2 dollar service fee
$3- for trash- I don't know how- because I walk my trash to the dumpster
which equals to $45 dollars- which is a bit much for a single person who works 12 hrs a day and takes 5 min showers
Plus If I forget to pay EXACTLY on the 1st, Ill be hit with an additional $20, skyrocketing my bill to $65
Can't wait to move from this place

Just called to inquire about apartments at this property. The lady on the phone was extremely nice and very helpful. Very welcoming.

IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO LIVE, YOU BETTER THINK SECOND ESPECIALLY IF YOU OR ANY OF YOUR FAMILY HAS ANY SPECIAL NEEDS. THIS APARTMENT PERSONNEL WILL FIGHT YOU ALL THE WAY FOR ANY ACCOMIDATIONS THAT YOU MAY NEED. EITHER FROM A HANDICAP PARKING TO MAKING YOUR APARTMENT HANDICAP ASSESSIBLE. THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET YOU TO RENT AND THEN NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR PROMISES.
