We have had very professional service from Lindstrom Air for many years now, from installation of a new unit, to regular maintenance/service visits. Our recent service tech, Clive, was timely, professional and very knowledgeable.

MY A/C backed up and leaked onto my brand new wood floor. Rocco was terrific and able to pinpoint my problem right away. He took steps to correct my problems and offered very helpful advice on how to prevent a reoccurrence in the future.

Clive was super polite and knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job inspecting my A/C and performed routine maintenance as part of my contract. He cleaned several areas of the unit that I haven't seen cleaned before. I will request him to do my semi annual inspections from now on. So far Lindstrom has done well in maintaining my A/C.

Master HVAC Technician Tru Trung at Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing has been servicing the HVAC system in our home since we bought it new from the developer in 2005. Tru is always (i) courteous and professional, (ii) on time, (iii) able to diagnose any problems with our HVAC system within minutes and (iv) able to explain the problem and various available options to remedy such problem. He is a true asset to the Lindstrom team and represents everything a Master HVAC Technician should be.

Lindstrom's Air Conditioning in-house staff and technicians are positively the most professional, knowledgeable and responsible individuals that a company can expect to have in its employ. The Lindstrom technicians not only arrive promptly to repair or replace parts that are needed to solve an issue but they always follow-up in case a part has to be ordered. The most recent appointment was covered by Eddy. He is an outstanding person for his technical knowledge, his manner, and his respectfulness. On a follow-up visit, EDDY FERNANDEZ returned to my home and installed a brand new coil that required a great deal of technical skill. Eddy demonstrates lots of patience to be sure he gets it right the first time and indeed he did just that. My home is cooling the way it should be, thanks to a very COOL guy named Eddy Fernandez!

Your Technician "Eddy" was on time for the scheduled appointment. He took time to answer some questions from my husband & I. He was very professional, curtious and knowledgeable. We will request that he service us for all our future maintenance visits.

I called Wed. afternoon before a hurricane and Lindstrom set an appointment for 9:00 the next AM which I considered very fast response time under the circumstances. Alin was here on the dot of 9:00 to assist me with an urgent problem. My AC drain lines were clogged; the drip pan in my attic was overflowing into my bedroom ceiling. Alin correctly unclogged the lines & re-set the float valves in my drip pan so that they should not leak again. I hired another company to unclog the drains last April; they charged 300.00 & re-set the float valves too high--actually causing the leak in my ceiling. The drains were also not actually unclogged! Lindstrom did the job right the first time; they charged 89.00. I will call them again when I have an AC problem. Their technicians are not only knowledgeable; but, very interested in doing a good job. I really appreciated Alin's efforts on my behalf.

Dave Indarjit did a first-class job during my service call. He was extremely thorough, technically proficient, quite patient in handling my questions, and totally courteous with me and my wife. During his detailed routine service he identified a burned-out capacitor, and he replaced it on the spot. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with Dave's performance. Thanks for a job well done.

Milton Fletcher explained every detail to us. He told us exactly what he will do to resolve the problem. After he completed his work he wiped the unit down. Milton was very neat through the process. He covered his work area with a cloth so not to get anything on our floors. we are going to request Milton when ever we need to have our A/C serviced...
