We found their service professional, efficient, and prompt. Our car was dispatched to a driver immediately after placing our order. Their driver was courteous and kept us informed during the transport. Our vehicle was delivered in 10 days and in the same condition as it left. This was one of the very best moving experiences we have had so far. Would gladly recommend them to others.

As advertised, they delivered everything as promised and even arrived a day earlier than what was initially quoted. The price was competitive and the drivers were professional, calling multiple times to let us know the status and to coordinate delivery. Would recommend.

You have been transporting our cars to Florida and back again in the spring. The first car is waiting for us at the Budget lot when we arrive at the airport and we are able to drive to our home in our own car. Our son dropped the second car off to you lot on Friday and on Monday afternoon, it was delivered to us without any problem. I think it is time for me to say "thank you." Your service has always been good and we took it for granted. However, please know that we appreciate your efficiency and good service.

I spoke with John at Direct Connect Auto Transport and I received fabulous service. My call was returned on the same day with a great price! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Direct Connect Auto Transport again. His shipper was on time and polite. The car was picked up on Saturday morning in Florida and delivered to my friend’s house in Virginia on Tuesday morning. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to this company.

This company is a joke. I was promised a pick up on a Friday and a Saturday delivery. I explained I needed this to be expedited as I was shipping a business vehicle needed immediately. The dispatcher ,after taking my deposit ,called and said they quoted me wrong vehicle...it would be an additional 100 .I had to have the car there asap so I said fine as opposed to fight for my deposit back. The dispatcher said the driver would call me early Friday morning to give me a pick up time. Everything seemed on track. After waiting around the house until noon with no call, I received an email from Mark saying the driver will be there at 4pm. 1 hour later the driver called and said he'd be there at 7 or 8 pm. How did he get the times so off?? I went ahead and I cancelled my evening plans to wait for the driver. Fast forward to 9pm, and still no driver, so I called him directly and he said he'd be there at 1030pm????Finally at 1130 the driver showed up. Who picks up a vehicle at 1130 at night in a residential community...by the time he loaded and left it was just after 12am. As the driver finished i said what time tomorrow will you drop off and ge tells me Monday at 12!!!!!!! Monday at 12," I have something I have to do in Orlando over the weekend" The car was loaded ready to drive away....and now he tells me Monday.....I reached out to Mark with my concerns, no I am sorry the driver was so late, I am sorry you sat around for an entire day waiting , no I am sorry it's going to arrive 48 hours late of what we promised. I received nothing but where is the additional payment
The car finally arrived Monday and surprise not at 12pm as promised, but 6 hours later at 6pm. AVOID this company like the plague unless you like being lied to , manipluated, and feeling completely helpless due to the unprofessional way this business is operated

Direct Connect Auto Transport is a BROKER, not a shipper. They are not even licensed by the DOT to ship cars. They will take your money and ship your car with a sub standard inexpensive trucking company and your car will show up damaged. That is what happened to me. They refused to fix it, pay for it or even provide their INS INFO

DO NOT USE THEM. ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE. READ THE REAL ONES ON YELP AND YOU WILL FIND OUT. THEY WASTE YOUR TIME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE FACT IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

Great service they picked up a car I purchased and brought it to me from NJ to Fl the service was fast and the price was better then the other places I called.

Great price service and the staff kept me informed of through the shipping process and my car arrived on time. I am not sure who the rep was but I talked to the owner John he was helpful and a nice guy. I would use them again if needed.

Horrifying experience!!! Please stay away from this shady business. Mark the owner ripped us off !!! After refusing to deal with his comapany because of his shady practices Mark charged my debit bank card $250. He has not issue the credit to date and he never answer my calls or emails. Please don't get fooled by all the fake reviews on their other website www.transportreviews.com

I hired another company to move my auto they failed to show up and we were in need of fast service so we used this place and they really did show up fast and got our auto to CA with no trouble at all and the best part is the price was less then the place that did not show up so we are thankful and a happy customer.
