This place is a joke . They sold me wheels for my Harley that the crome peeled off of in a week. The spoke nipples started pitting when I blew on them. I even waxed these Chinese Before mounting. Total Chinese garbage sold to them by Mid West Cycle ( distributors) No Warrany if Mounted on the bike. Only a Warranty if the whell is on display in a box. Buyer Beware. They will do Nothing o help. They are coky and have No Customer Service. I could only dream that they sell some parts like mine to the H.A.'s . Those boys will set these pigs straight. These are advertized on E Bay as "Not Your Average Wheels, Not Knock Offs, what a lie. Look up Demon Cycles garbage on E Bay . Check out the blogs on Google. These guys rep preceeds them. I wish I had checked them out first.

I bought a set of handlebars with controlls, and switches already installed from them for a 2007 FXDWG. All I was supposed to do was install them, install wire terminals (provided) and wire up the old plugs, and go.......and when I did, holy POS parts!! I had to dissassemble the switches (both sides) and rearrange the switch mounting brackets so the switches would not rub the cases! the brakelight switch in the switch box was not even installed correctly so when their "certified Harley mechanic" installed the switches on the bars the idiot broke the switch!! The ft brake master cylinder was for an earlier mdl Harley with 1" bars, It did not fit the bars they were installed on!!!!!! AT ALL! (certified harley mechanic!) When I went and finallty found a crimper to install the terminals, I noticed they sent the wrong ones, they sent female ends and I needed male ends, (this is not model specific!!) so off to the harley dealer parts counter. SO now that I have all of these issues taken care of (on my own because they denied any wrong doing and because their assemblers are "certified Mechanics" and I am an engineering student, I MUST not know anything),,,,,WAIT......WAIT FOR IT..........YES THEY ARE CROOKED, (not only are Robert and Big Chris Crooked), BUT the damn bars are too!!! I thought my forks or alignment was off but the local Harley dealer said the bars are of the lowest quality junk they have ever seen!!!! alright im mad again i have to go. I feel bad for you if you have ever had to deal with those mindless idiots, but you deserve it if you deal with them after reading these two posts!!

My husband has a 1992 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 and I ordered a set of handlebars from Demons Cycle as a birthday gift for him. The shipping was free and the handlebars were delivered quickly, but they were defective. I'll try to attach pics. The risers were welded on wrong and the bars weren't level. I contacted Demons Cycle for a replacement or a refund and they told me they could offer a 100% refund if I would agree to state that the item was damaged during shipping so they could file an insurance claim against Fed Ex. The handlebars obviously weren't damaged during shipping and I refused to participate in fraud against Fed Ex.



They assured me that they would replace the item or provide a refund if I sent the handlebars back. I paid $29 for return shipping and I verified in writing via email that they would NOT charge me a restocking fee because the merchandise was defective.



Sure enough, as soon as they got the handlebars back, they charged me a $20.71 restocking fee. When I requested a full refund, they got snotty and told me that their decision was final. I always dealt with Robert in customer service, but all the refund decisions are apparently made by Big Chris. Too bad Big Chris wasn't man enough to talk to me directly.



DO NOT BUY FROM DEMONS CYCLE.



They have an F rating with the BBB but they are hard to find because their URL and company name isn't easy to search on the BBB website.



Please don't make the same mistake that I did.
