I recently stopped in to fill up and wash my truck. As it was extremely muddy I opted to pull up beside the entrance over a storm drain to get the big stuff off instead of holding up any other customers by hogging the stall. As I was cleaning an older gentleman came out yelling and cursing at me for getting mud in the parking lot. I managed to maintain my composure and tried to explain my reasoning for being where I was. He continued to curse at me. I moved into the stall blocking the door for another 30 minutes while I finished knocking the bug stuff off. After i finished the wash I went inside and asked him for an apology, he refused and continued his tirade about getting the parking lot dirty.

After a bit of asking around I found out that he was the owner and this is not the first instance he has had with customers or employees.



VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, but what does he care? Brad Frasure is the owner and has no one to report to. I for one will not be going back to that particular Shell station.
