I love the new Phil meador!

I had a great experience at Phil Meador Toyota, my salesman, Mario Lepore was absolutely terrific, I told him what my goal was and he accomplished it. His biggest concern was making sure I was comfortable with my purchase, he did not allow any outside distractions and delivered a great deal for me.
The entire team made me feel at home; just genuine people who are easy to talk to.The customer 'lounge' area is exceptional as well as the new showroom. Thanks again Mario and everyone at Phill Meador.

We were purchased a car from these guys and it was not pleasant

We test drove a car which was missing the sat nav disks, the tire pressure monitors were showing an error, the front tires were almost bald and it did not have a remote start. All of these we were told would be fixed if we bought the car. We eventually purchased the car and when we asked about these things we were told they would drop $250 for the tires which were low profile 22” rims (will cost a lot more to fix) and we were told if we wanted anything else fixed we would have to pay for it at over twice the cost of our mechanic. We were told they would send the sat nav disks but almost 2 months later and still nothing. On top of that when we told them numerous times which bank we wanted to apply to for financing they ignored us and applied to 9 different companies. They even sent us a calendar on which they spelt my husbands name wrong, I guess we really meant a lot to them

Brandon did a very good job of focusing on requirements of my sale and making sure my concerns & needs were met at all times. If he did not know the answer, he asked someone who did. The extra items were added in timely manner and lot vehicle was provided while the work was completed on our new car. Financing was at zero% and the price for new car, with better safety features, was only about $1000 dollars more than the 2007 model that we traded in. Very good customer service all around.

After putting $2800 into my 2002 powerstroke. I picked up the truck and it still had the same oil leak it originally had when I took it in. Come to find out the so called (best powerstroke mechanic in the whole north west." according to the service manager Jim") had put an extra gallon of oil in the truck after the turbo was changed and the injector control pressure module was changed and removed, and then the high pressure oil pump was changed. When I asked about all the parts swapping to get my truck running, the(best powerstroke mechanic in the whole north west) told me all those things going bad at exactly the same time was just BAD LUCK. Then he informed me that the main computer module was also bad and needed replaced and that was why my check engine light was on. The check engine light was never on before they worked on it. So the main computer module was also just bad luck. A week after I removed my truck from courtesy ford hell the oil leak returned with a diesel leak also and

They sold me a Lemon. And won't return my phone calls.

I bought a 2000 Toyota Tacoma with 54,000 miles ended up paying 14,000 dollars then later multiple miss fires and low compression ratio. So I talked to someone who has the same year make and model. The same thing happened to him, multiple miss fires and low compression ratio. and it was bought from the same dealership.
