The team and staff were responsive to our inquiries. We had a lot of questions and Tactical Rabbit's staff were patient. Final product worked out well for us, not sure why there have been mixed reviews in the past, but we had no issues.

This review is based on the services provided to us by Tactical Rabbit. (They did not ask us to post either a positive review or a negative review.) Our professional requirement was urgent, we provided Tactical Rabbit with over 100 pages of in-house documents to examine, and they were precise with their description of what critical investigative services they could provide. A group of what we were told were analysts examined the documents, interviewed people, conducted what they called "deep dive intelligence" reviews, and produced key findings for us that we immediately used to our advantage. All in all, they helped us to complete a business intelligence task that we couldn't overcome on our own and which wasn't within the wheelhouse of our partnered law firm to deal with. At times the communications with Tactical Rabbit was somewhat infrequent, which we would expect in hindsight given what we learned; though at the time we were somewhat panicked (fearing another ripoff or scam like we experienced with another firm). We would recommend them depending on the need and budget.
