They told me I had about 14 cavities and charged me thousands of dollars. Now my teeth hurt more than before I went in. And the more I talk to other people, it sounds like I probably didn't have that many cavities and they just wanted my money. They ruined my teeth and now I can't afford to get it fixed by a real dentist. I'm in constant pain and it's their fault. DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER.

If you want to be charged for a procedure you were not told about or authorized during the cleaning or have the dental hygienist 3 times try to talk you into buying an Oral-B electric toothbrush from them and then have the dentist tell you he cannot do anything about a bad tooth then visit Aspen Dental in Plover, WI. After getting the bill I talked to and recorded the phone conversation with the managers permission I was told the unauthorized procedure bill would be removed from my account. A month later I got another bill. Another recorded phone call with his permission he finally took care of it and sent me a statement showing a zero balance. I said to remove me from their system as I will never go there again and now I get a phone call telling me it is time to setup my next appointment. I originally told the manager David I would not post a review if he took care of it all but now I get bothered about appointments so I guess he did not do as he said he would.

We didn't have a good experience either. At first you're treated great, they return every call, you get appts right away, etc. Once you're considered in the loop, it deteriorates rapidly. My husband, 4 MONTHS LATER, STILL does NOT have the right fit on his dentures. They make and cancel appts right and left--we figure to fit in new patients. The financial manager won't return calls and the other girls have to relay her messages. We were supposed to get a refund back but the office girl said she'd refund it the next time we came in, so make sure I reminded her. I asked instead for her to put a note in our file that we were due the refund. Tried more than once to get the refund and finally did get it back after a month. the office girl had left their office.Staff keeps changing and at the present, the dentist quit and they have no dentist. He's had 3 different dentures made and none of them fit. It took them a MONTH alone before they would listen to him and check to find out that, gee, he's right--they don't fit. took another month before they had him in to try out the new dentures which did not fit. Took another month for 2nd denture and they cancelled his appt twice. Cancelled appts twice the next month as well and we're now waiting on a dentist to come in for denture number 3 as they have no dentist. It's been a nightmare for him. I had to go back twice to get a crown to fit and I can't floss my teeth as the floss shreds with almost every tooth they had 'repaired'. We were told we could go to two of their other offices but they're an hour to two hours away. We are in the process of getting our money back and finding a different dental office. Minus five stars for us, too.

MINUS 5 STARS. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD. THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT DESK WAS TAKING UP AIR FOR 2 PEOPLE SHE WAS RUDE AND ALL ABOUT INSURANCE. SHE INTERUPTED ME WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR AND SAID I HAVEN'T PAID MY INSURANCE SINCE 2004. I HAD TO USE MY CELL PHONE WHILE I WAS IN THE CHAIR AND CALL MYSELF. IF SHE WOULD HAVE DONE HER JOB SHE WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT THAT I DID HAVE INSURANCE AND THERE WAS NO REASON TO BOTHER ME. THEN I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES WHILE I WAITED FOR THE FINANCE MANAGER, THAT'S RIGHT, A FINANCE MANAGER. I'VE BOUGHT NEW CARS THAT DIDN'T HURT THIS MUCH. HE TOO WAS ALL ABOUT THE MONEY. HE OFFERED ME A PAYMENT PLAN. I MAKE MORE MONEY THAN BOTH OF THEM TOGETHER AND I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. LET'S TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENT AND WORRY ABOUT THE BILLS LATER. I'LL NEVER GO BACK AND EVERYONE WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS. CALL ME AND I'LL TELL YOU MORE.
