Mark Roddy is a dishonest crookn who once took $500. from me to make a motion for a new trial of a wrongful conviction in Atlantic City Municipal court and never did the motion! When I asked why he didn't do it by the 2-year statute of limitations, he said he was going to use my polygraph test (showing I was innocent) and the statute of limitations didn't matter. I didn't know any better.

4 years and much intense study of law later, I learned he lied to me - the statute of limitations still applied! Unfortunately it was too late to file a complaint and to sue him.

I wouldn't let Mark Roddy represent my dead dog!!!! Find another lawyer.
