Relax The Back

there are so many fun and neat "toys" for the back and neck at the store. i have sciatica and have dealt with it for over a year, and i ended up purchasing an inversion table. they have 3 different types at this store, but they all have the same benefit so i ended up buying the one with the smallest footprint. if you have back pain, this is the best place to check out. the staff was knowledgeable and friendly and i'll probably stop by again to look at some of the neck pillows.

The people who work at this store have no idea what they are talking about. The manager Dave do NOT listen to what you are really looking for. It is as if he is trying to sell you on whatever is going to make the most money. I went in looking for a neck pillow for the car when I am driving, and he showed me something that you lay on the floor with. And he won't just let you look around the store, he follows you, and it made me feel like he thought I was going to steal something.

I have been shopping at this location for a couple of years now. I have always loved this store. However I am now making the drive to the Walnut Creek store. There has been a change of ownership, and I feel that some of the changes have been for the better, but over all I feel that it is no longer the relaxing store it once was. Before the change the I felt that the store really wanted to find something that was going to work for me, and now I feel that they are trying to get me to buy anything. They do not listen to want I am really looking for, they just show you anything that they want to push on you. I will not go back to them, I will either go to the Back Shop, which has the same stuff, or to another location.
