They arrived just a little before they said they would, they discussed what options we had and what he recommends, accepting either decision. Everything was completed well before promised. After completion, you could not tell anyone was ever here.

If all of the above isn't enough reason, they actually care. This is something you will never get with the huge commercial companies. We had a dire personal matter and they understood completely the situation and helped us in every single way they could.
