Adirondack Funding is frustratingly disorganized and after our initial meeting in his cluttered home office he failed to follow through by sending out forms for references or making necessary phone calls. In short using this business wasted a month of my time and resulted in nothing but a useless inquiry on my credit report.



After repeated calls a month later which he failed to return, his secretary apologized for him and said that he was waiting for my current landlord's contact information. I had given him this information once already as well as a copy of my lease which had all the information on it. I can forgive someone being disorganized and losing a file but not having the common sense to request the information weeks after making the commitment to mail out the form is sad from someone making commission. in my opinion, it is rude and shows a lack of integrity to have your secretary tell a client of your mistakes.
