Kunes was the best experience we have ever had. they made us fell comfortable with out the pressure. I fully recommend Kunis to everyone. I love that it is a Christian base dealer ship. I did recommend it to my church. the young man we worked with us was such a joy to be around. we joked and talked about family. He did everything to get us the best deal and helped us shop for the cheapest insurance We will go back for our next car.

We started looking at 3/4 ton and 1 ton single axle trucks and found one we liked at Kunes in Platteville. We met Sam Gomes and asked about the truck we were interested in. He was very helpful and brought the truck up for us. We took it for a drive and thought it was nice but, weren't quite ready to buy anything yet. He offered another truck to us which was much nicer and roughly in the same ballpark price-wise. After driving it, he offered to let us take it home for the holiday weekend (Labor Day). A couple days later, we knew this truck didn't fit our needs. So, on Monday (Labor Day), we went back and asked if they had anything else in the 1 ton range but, dually. In fact, they just took one in and he gave us the keys. After we test drove it, he offered again to let us drive it a couple days. This truck fit us very well given our current and future plans. When we came back, we agreed on a price and optional items and left the keys as we were going away for a week (Reno Air Races). When we returned, the truck was all set to go and looked like a new one! We were very pleased with the way Sam handled himself, treated us, and never pushed or prodded for information. He was there to help us in every way possible - and he did a great job! Kunes personnel have been very nice to us and accommodated our requests (such as pictures for wheel balancers and such) even when they seemed a bit "out there". We like that they help family, community, and have a Christian ethic with their profits and will support that every time. They are busy but, their drive to help their customers makes them very popular in the area. We will be calling Kunes our "home" shop going forward.

We were very happy with the service we received from everyone at Kunes. Our dealer, Sam Gomes, was great. He made sure we had the opportunity to drive the three vehicles we were interested in long enough to really get a feel for which one we liked best. Being a teacher, I was also impressed with his leadership/mentor skills with other staff members. Once we made our decision, the dealership went to town. They stripped the pin striping from the previous owner off the vehicle, buffed out the paint and applied Exogloss to the interior and exterior. The truck was then rustproofed and undercoated. My husband took it in today to have the service department install two new front tires and Centramatic wheel balancers on all four locations. The service department did a great job, were very helpful and did everything he asked. We've had a very positive experience with Kunes Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Platteville. We're looking forward to having them service our vehicle for a long time into the future.

I had an issue with my air conditioning, called in to Kunes, was answered by Misti and she was outstanding to work with! Communication was top notch, service was fast AND I had transportation arranged while my vehicle was worked on. I couldn’t be happier with Misti and staff at Kunes. HAPPY customer!!!

My experience was a great one. Friendly helpful staff that worked really hard to get me into the vechile that I wanted. I am loving my new truck and will recommend anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle to totally check them out.

I live far from the dealership, but it provided both e-signing and delivery to my home. The buying process was the most efficient and helpful that I've ever encountered.

I never thought I'd be happy paying sticker price for a vehicle. They had exactly what I needed for a service van and I only had to wait 3 weeks for its arrival. The dollar savings having a vehicle that gets 28 mpg vs 17 mpg will almost pay for itself (thanks Brandon). Rob Martin is an excellent salesman. He even helped get the car cleaned up and ready for delivery which greatly reduced my wait time. TJ "Terry" was also quite helpful. He answered all my questions regarding app setup, sync, etc. Overall a great experience.

We are very satisfied with the people and experiences we have had for 8 years. It was new when we bought it and no other place has done any work on it. I would recommend them to anyone!
