Florida Automated Shade

A part was broken during shipping, still waiting on replacement part, and no reply's to my emails. $2000 order.

Horrible cusrtomer service! I actually initially ordered the wrong part. I called the company and told them I was going to re-order the proper part. They told me they did have it and to return my original purchase. I assured them that the product was even unopened. I attempted several times afterwards to get an address to return the product because it is not on the invoice. After 5 emails and me saying "OMG!" to their person responding he finally gave up the address. I sent UPS and received a confirmation they received it. I have emailed them four times now and nobody will even bother to respond. At this point, I am going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card which is stupid on their part because they' will now also be out the shipping. Really disappointed with this place and would have never used them, but these motors and accessories for somfy are difficult to find.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The batteries I ordered were sent fine but after about 2 months every single one of them was broken. Um, what?!?!? Its not like I'm just sitting there opening and closing my blinds all day, we hardly use them. $500 later these should have lasted 2 years not 2 months. After SEVERAL attempts to get in touch with them 1 person called me, I called him back and e-mailed him back 3 times...still nothing. Thanks for the help. Definitely would not recommend ordering from them. Really bummed to have to write this review, I was hoping I would be able to resolve this with them without having to go on the Internet.
