I wish I could give negative stars. I found the 2015 dark grey metallic STI with the base factory options I wanted back in early April. It was still on a ship headed to Subaru of Plano. I worked with my local Subaru dealer in Georgetown, who helped me customize additional accessories which would be installed at port, and work out a trade with Plano to get the custom (to me) load out. I checked in every week to make sure things were in order with no issues, until a few days ago Subaru of Plano began dodging calls. I, and my sales guy became concerned and he decided to look up the car's VIN number. Come to find out Subaru of Plano traded my car to someone else a few days ago even after I had customized it. The car has been sold to some lucky guy in Dallas who unknowingly stole the car out from under me due to Subaru of Plano's shady business practices. Thank you Subaru of Plano, you made a deal and then dump it for a more convenient one. Your word is garbage, your business untrustworthy. A word of warning for those of you who may work with these guys because the are local. Make sure you have everything in writing. They will dump you if it is convenient, and will not even have the courtesy to let you know. Good luck.

We went to Subaru in Plano yesterday and everything was great until this manager, John, showed up to negotiate the price with us. I told my sales from the begining that I won't buy the car today only test drive, coz I'm waiting for my bonus which may be deposited to my account in the end of this month. However, his Manager, John, showed up from no where and told us that if I don't order one today, I won't be able to get a white Forester in several months. While he was talking to me in their fancy break room, he barely looked at me. The most of time, he turned his face to the LCD TV and acted like he did not give us a shxt. First of all, who would believe it? If I place the order two wks later, I won't get a white one in many many months? It was unbelievable. The 2014 version just came out. Beside, if I really have to wait for it, i'm fine, too. The point is I would like to use my bonus as the down payment. He did not care about what a client thought and really needs. He just wanted to play games and sell it. Second, if I have to spend a lot of money to buy something, this was totally not the services and attitudes that I should get. it will be better to go to the other Subaru dealers instead of these game players.

Outstanding!

They work after hours to accommodate customers. They go above and beyond which is very impressive. The sales agent was friendly and casual in his style, yet professional and not pushy. Subaru of Plano is outstanding!

Helpful and Wise

The knowledge that my car is having quality service and knowing that they will not try to suggest repairs that are not necessary. I have come to this dealership since I purchased my Subaru and am extremely pleased with their service. I have recommended it...and will continue to recommend it to everyone I know as a location where quality work and trustworthy people are to be found.

good deal on my new car!

Subaru of Plano, thanks for my new Subaru Impreza! I feel awesome cruising to work in it. You guys did a wonderful job explaining everything to me in a clear & easy to understand format and I really appreciate it! Oh and also thank you for finding me such a good deal on my new car! I surely will recommend Subaru of Plano to all my friends!

Very pleased with Subaru of Plano

I have been very pleased with Subaru of Plano. I own two cars and both of them came from here. The sales team is very pleasant and professional and will bend over backwards to make sure you have a good experience. I enjoy going there because I know that I will always be taken care of. You should definitely go check them out.

I can honestly say I was treat...

I can honestly say I was treated like gold by the individuals at Subaru of Plano. I know it is probably hard to believe but it can be done by a dealership because I experienced it first hand. Everyone there was very professional and courteous and listed to everything we had to say first. I know it will also be hard to believe that there were no sales tactics used in our buying process.



I have to say that before visiting Subaru of Plano I did not experience great customer service. The manager even came to greet us! They treated us more like friends than clients. We are a huge fan of Subaru’s and will definitely be back next time around.

Deal of my dreams

Timothy and his associate Randy did an excellent job! They were very low key and knowledgeable which made the process really easy and worked with our schedule. We traveled here from out of the area but the prices we saw on the cars were the same as what was posted on the website. Subaru of Plano gave me the best prices and they even gave me the price I wanted for my trade in. They both stayed late for us, working around our schedule. The Subaru Legacy is exactly what I wanted to drive home and I did! We will come back here for our next vehicle.

I was so pleased with my recent visit to Subaru of Plano that I had to share via the internet! My sales consultant, Earl, invited me to test drive any and every thing I liked on the lot but was also extremely considerate of my time. He wasn’t at all pushy and what’s even better is I got him to come down on the price by a couple thousand!



After choosing the 2010 Subaru Legacy w/ moon roof I left while they finished processing everything. I was only gone for about an hour when I received a call that it was ready! Upon arrival my car was clean inside and out, free of mechanical issues, scratches, and dents and Earl explained to me how to effectively use all the features and controls. He then offered to schedule my first service appointment for me. Hands down the best experience I have had in a really long time. Thanks Earl!!!

World Class service :)

Outstanding customer service here, when I walked in I met with Brad and he took care of me from beginning to end, this guy made sure I was taken care of at all times and even got me the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted and saved me $1900.



I was very happy by the time I drove off the lot.
