K Beauty Supply

I was doing business with K Beauty Supply for years, despite the bad reviews posted. As of today, I will never do business with them again. As a loyal customer, they failed to take care of me after charging my card twice. The manager verified on my statements that the transaction posted and still failed to refund my money. At this point I would have taken a credit toward another purchase but it was not an option. I was given the run around for days and finally I called my bank and they took care of the charges for me. I am a stylist and they just lost a loyal customer.
