Schneider, Michael, DDS

I would like to start by saying every visit I have had with Michael Schneider, D.M.D.’s office has been an excellent experience. My last experience is what prompted me to actually take the time to go and write a review. The bedside manner of the entire staff has been excellent and the services are always performed perfectly.

My last experience really showed that they truly care about their patients. I was not seeking a hand out or discounts, but unfortunately there was a miscommunication on how much a service would cost me after insurance. Upon discovering the difference and the doctor recalling the conversation, he only had me pay the portion he initially told me I would be responsible for.

This to me is outstanding, above & beyond and very honorable customer service!

I would recommend them to anyone!
