        Overall

        Joanne is the best hair stylist! My whole life I have been complimented on my beautiful long locks and she is the one that makes it happen!! Thank you so much for making me feel beautiful everyday!!

        Not very reliable when making an appointment Scheduled an appointment but she never showed up. She didn't even answered her voice mail.
