V.I.P. Honda

VIP Honda recently serviced our family Odyssey. They did a great job and were true professionals. They never left us hanging as so many other mechanics/dealers do, and we knew exactly what was being done to the van. I did not feel cheated when all was said and done as I've felt so many times at other places. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the work was done too.

I went to VIP Honda to get a used car for my daughter. We picked out a few she liked online, then went in for a test drive. Each was exactly as described on their site and was in very good condition. After some help from Elio, she settled on a 2007 CR-V, which is perfect for her needs. I researched pricing very carefully before going in, and I know we got a fair one. Elio was pleasant to deal with the entire time, and he made things as easy as possible for us.

Very satisfied with VIP Honda. They're professional and gave me top dollar for my trade in. I love my new CR-V, which they helped me pick out.

This is going to sound really corny, but I legitimately felt like a VIP at VIP Honda! I called ahead to talk to someone about a new Civic, and my salesguy as waiting for me when I got there. He was very helpful during my test drive and told me everything I needed to know about the car. I got a terrific deal thanks to their "Honda Days" sale, and I love my new baby!

VIP is the only Honda dealer I use. They’re not sneaky like most other car salesmen. Their cars are always clean, and there are many to choose from. Their finance department is great to work with.

VIP Honda service department should be commended. They not only gave me a loaner car, but were very helpful in making sure to let me know all the issues in advance. It was a pain free service call, and I am glad I took my accord to VIP!

My family and I have used VIP Honda for years, and I don’ think I will ever bring my business elsewhere. I’ve had a great experience with Hondas, and the people who work at VIP are incredibly friendly and warm. Ira and Ivan are two of the best salesmen I’ve ever dealt with, very knowledgeable and patient. I’ve never been pressured to buy something I didn’t want at VIP. Keep up the good work!

I would like to say that I had a wonderful experience at VIP Honda and Carl was extremely polite, attentive and accommodating throughout. Carl and the entire dealership were welcoming and I will definitely share my experience with others. The physical space is fantastic and I will enjoy my time at the dealership during my regular maintenance on my new Civic. Hands down I got the best overall deal from start to finish!

Great dealership; service is always fast and very considerate. Eric works very hard to deliver really good customer service. The service department as a whole is very good and I appreciate that they are good about communicating with customers as they service the car with options as they move through the process. I have had service both routine and non-routine completed at this dealership and has always been very satisfied.
