I work 6-days a week so based on an internet discount, I drove 2 hours to test drive a unique vehicle of interest a Hyundai SUV. I got there late but Ryan did a great job! He was not pushy and represent himself as an honest sales consultant. In less than 30 minutes we took a test drive, he presented the car’s options with knowledge and interest. I would definitely work with Ryan again. He exceeded my expectations. Thank you Ryan.

I knew exactly which car I wanted going into the dealership - a 2018 Honda Accord. When I was at VIP Honda, I experienced great customer service from Vanco and Kelly as they were able to address all my needs. At most car dealerships you worry about the trustworthiness and integrity of the salespeople, however, I never felt any pressure to buy and Vanco and Kelly were helpful at every step of the process. I believe I got a great deal on the car and couldn't be happier with my experience! Thank you VIP Honda for making my car buying experience seamless and easy.

David Otero was low-key, very professional and the price negotiation took about 5 minutes. They gave me a fair price for my trade-in and I took home the new Honda Pilot and left my trade-in with them the same day. Overall, a pleasurable experience.

Jose and the team he worked with were fantastic! I wasn't able to get the car I wanted, but left with one I love! Jose was not only a huge help in getting me in to a new car the same day, but he was knowledgable about stock, super patient with answering all of my questions, and most importantly, genuinely friendly and pleasant to work with with. Both he and Elaine in financing were a god-send and in going above and beyond on my behalf really made me feel like I was more than walking dollar signs. Jose even helped me connect my phone through the bluetooth feature and followed up with me after I left to be sure I was happy. Samera in reception was also very helpful and made me feel like we were best friends. Will definitely be going back when it's time for an upgrade!

The last time I bought a Honda was in the 80,Sao we decided to go back to them! The customer service and help I received from JOSE AT VIp was outstanding! CUstomer SErvice is huge in today's world ! AND YOU OFTEN DO NOT RECIEVE IT! I I DO NOT remember everyone's name but everyone I dealt with was outstanding! I give JOse 10 stars and would recommend him to all my family and friends! The second I walked through the doors to get my car serviced I was greeted by Ms. Tara Ross. She was very pleasant and professional. She mentioned about the diagnostic testing to be done and she would call me right away with the results. They were just about to close so the testing was not going to get done until the next day. She asked if someone was coming to pick me up. I stated my wife would be here in about a half hour. At that time she offered me a Loaner Car which I could return after work the following day. I accepted. My wife didn't have to come pick me up and the problem with the car was corrected the following day. Thank you Tara for providing excellent customer service!

I came into V.I.P. Honda in North Plainfield, for an oil change. I did not make an appointment. The service advisor named Gwen got me in right away. I was very pleased with Gwen's attitude and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend the service department. If you are interested in buying a car, I would go the last 2 days of the month and see Alfred. He gave me a great price on a Honda CRV .
