Traditional liposuction is performed through tiny incisions, using a thin, hollow tube that breaks up the fatty tissue and suctions it away from the body. Newer, more advanced liposuction techniques involve ultrasound or laser energy, which essentially heat up the fat until it emulsifies and can be gently removed via aspiration. Radiation Therapy
After a mastectomy, the most common way that a breast can be reconstructed is with an implant. The implant replaces the breast tissue that is removed during the mastectomy, restoring the shape and volume of the breast. Eczema
