I finally got the strength to go to the doctor's office, Plainfield Walk In, today. When I got there only 3 people in the waiting room and 3 cars. So I figured I'd get in to see the doc in a reasonable amount of time and was happy. WRONG...... An hour and a half went by and when I asked how much longer she said we have one patient ahead of you. I was like...what !! I don't know what they do in there but they are slow !! So, I told the office girl this was totally unacceptable !! I asked for my copay back and left.....not happy !! And, do you think they made one phone call to me apologizing and asking me to come back? NO ! A grocery store would have taken care of their customers more graciously than the Plainfield Walk In. I don't know how they run a business that way. Now, I'm still sick and have to find a new primary physician. Ugh.....
