Suburbans Mobile Home Community The

My dad has lived in the suburbans for 35 years I do think they need to increase some things like activities for kids there should be some type of Park for the younger kids when I was younger was a big pool where all the Doublewide's was and I don't really know how the maintenance or the office works that months but I do know I just needed help getting track withsome stuff for my father and the management lady called me right back and have helped me with all the information I needed and was very polite. The suburbans will always be my home even though I haven't lived there since I was a teenager

The management really is horrible, Trying to ft ahold of the owners, do not hold your breath. They don't keep up on anything in the park, maintenance is related to the management. So you see how that's going to go. I bought a mobile home in this park, and the management has discriminated me so much I have had to get a lawyer. People breAk in all the time,I do not recommend this park at all
