        They don't even deserve one st...

        They don't even deserve one star! The management don't care about their tenants. They only collect high rents! They rent 1+1 to families with more than 5 people in a family and expect other tenants with1-2 people in a family to pay the maintenance fees. Personally I have paid over $50 in maintenance fee monthly due to this. DON'T EVEN BOTHER LOOKING AT THE RONDELL PROPERTIES!!!
