        My laptop's broken keyboard convinced me that the entire device needed replacement. In two minutes the staff showed me that the machine was fine and that all I had to do was buy a new keyboard. I thus saved hundreds of dollars. I can't recommend Nerdz for Hire highly enough. Superb, unpatronizing, professional service.
