My wife and I purchased a mattress and box spring in October 2019. The box spring broke today, and we found out that, because it was a floor model, it was not under warranty. However, the salesperson, Ralph, who spoke with us on the phone was able to get us a replacement at cost. Very happy with this resolution of the matter.

I stopped at Mattress Firm this weekend with the intention of window shopping for a future purchase. Darnell, the sales associate was extremely helpful in describing the store products and the grades of mattresses available. He provided relevant information about store deals and financing options if I was interested. I did the "Goldilocks" try out---testing the comfort of a number of mattresses while Darnell waited patiently and answered any questions I had about materials and components. My good experience there prompted me to purchase a mattress that day and arrange for "trackable" delivery. Thank you Mattress firm.
