Solomon's Furniture

I went to the store at Berkshire Mall with my husband and my baby, looking for a bed and dresser for my toddler daughter. As we were browsing and walking, all sudden the heel of my shoe got stuck in a hole on the floor at the store. My shoe got ruined, came off and I was lucky not to break my ankle. I called the sales person, a young man. I showed him a bed that I was interested on and told him "but first I want to tell you there is a hole on the floor over there and the heel of my shoe got stuck and look, it's ruined. I hurt my ankle, that is dangerous". He gave me a bad attitude and said "ok" and walked away. I was disappointed and upset he didn't even bother checking where the hole was, neither said "I'm sorry" or "I apologize for the incident". I was telling him so it doesng happen to anybody else. He could have said "thank you for letting me know, we'll fix that floor or make a sign ASAP". He didn't even help me with the bed I said I liked. My husband said "he is so rude, let's go". We left the place. They lost a sale of probably 2,000 which was our budget. And they also lost a customer.

I had been shopping around for a couch for several weeks and had it narrowed down to 2 couches- 1 at Solomon and 1 at another store. I went back to look at them both one last time before making a decision. The associate at Solomon who I spoke with was extremely rude and condescending in her attitude toward me. So much so, that my 2 young kids even picked up on it and got upset. I just turned and walked straight out of the store. They lost an $800 sale and I definitely will not go to another Solomon store again.
