Terrible business practices. Arsenau is constantly in trouble with customers. They threaten their customers with legal action so they will pay, right or wrong. The average customer cannot afford to bring legal action again Arseneau. I cannot stress enough how bad this company is. Shoddy work, terrible communication, questionable charges, and difficult to deal with. Do yourself a favor, look for another company, Arseneau is not worth the trouble. I've heard this from many other people. Ask around if you don't beleive me.
