General Info: Sheldon Calvary Camp is a summer camp for children, youths and adults. It provides a range of programs for recreation and spiritual growth. The camp offers a variety of activities that include horse riding, sailing, tennis, sports, crafts, archery, swimming and a low ropes course. Sheldon Calvary Camp maintains a staff of more than 50 people, including camp directors, counselors and nurses. Its staff members undergo an orientation to review and drill safety and emergency procedures and are certified in Red Cross First Aid. The camp hosts retreats, conferences, reunions and other events. Sheldon Calvary Camp is accredited by the American Camping Association and is associated with Episcopal Camps and Conference Centers. The camp is located in Pittsburgh, Pa.
