I have three children and have had a great experience. The dental hygienist are all very kind. The front receptionist is very sweet. They are very quick to schedule. They have some evening appointments which is nice. If you have an emergency, they will get you in quickly. Dr. LeDonne is "old school," but very knowledgable. He will answer any questions you have. As a health care professional myself, sometimes you have to look past the slight gruff exterior at times and pick the person that is the best at what they do.

I took my three year old daughter to Dr. LeDonne for her first dental visit. We had a great experience. The girls were so kind. My daughter was very nervous but the assistant explained step by step to my daughter what they were going to do. It put her at ease. Dr. LeDonne plesantly answered all of my concerns. At the end of her visit my daughter was able to get a prize and walked out with a much happier attitude than coming in. We will be going back to this office!

Very deceptive business practices! They gave both my kids floride treatments without my knowledge and then charged us $60!!! My insurance covers one treatment a year. All we went for was a check up and cleaning and they gave this to us without our concent. They just had a floride treatment 5 months prior!!! Kelly was a complete B.... She told me I should know what is covered and not. My kids are 3 and 9 and didn't know what treatments were done. I guess it's too much to say your kids just had this done and most insurance companies only cover one a year. Do you want it done. Won't be going back!

I went to Dr. Ledonne because he was in my health plan network. I have a ten year old daughter who is a bit shy. At her first meeting-she needed a cavity filled-he was not at all what i expected. He was gruff and not personable. I didn't listen to my "mother voice" and made the appointment to fill the cavity. When we arrived-she went right in. 2 minutes later-my daugther came running out crying, begging me not to make her go back. I asked her what happened and she told me he said "he wasnt playing around and she needed to sit down". After a few minutes, he came out and admitted to talking that way. Isn't a pediatric dentist supposed to make a child feel good and comfortable?? As he spoke to me, he was pulling on his gloves barely glancing at me, stating my child needed to be sedated. She has had a cavity filled before without incident and is calm when a nice person talks her through it. NEVER,NEVER take your child there. We left after that and would never return. I will have to find another dentist to undo the damage he has done to her-she is terrified now- not just shy.I would pay double the price to not have gone to this man! On a positive-the woman at the front desk is so sweet and helpful
