        Heard amazing things about this salon. Tried it several times a few months apart. Didn't like the vibe. Gossipy, snarky more than friendly. Seemed to have a lot of turnover. One staff member consistently slow. One seemed frazzled, overworked. Results inconsistent. Sometimes "wow", other times felt rushed through, hair not even dry.
        Also website doesn't look up to date. Old info still posted. Like where are the pedicures promised a couple years ago?
        Suspect having two locations will make these issues worse. Probably looking elsewhere at this point.

        Love, love, love this salon! Shari is super friendly and her staff is so nice to talk to and lots of stuff to look at in her store to buy. Highly recommend!
