        The proprietor is unreliable a...

        The proprietor is unreliable and desperate for business. She did not complete the job and owes me thousands of dollars, which I cannot collect because she has disappeared. Note that her address is bogus -- Carson Street at Wexford??

        Design for the 22nd Century- I don't have that kind of time.

        We signed a contract with I Servizi Design to have our kitchen remodeled. I took out our existing kitchen in preparation for the new kitchen install. When the cabinetry arrived at our home, the cabinet colors, design, door styles, sizes, were either incorrect or not ordered. It has been four months since that delivery and we are still waiting for resolution. The existing cabinets are stacked in my garage, and the new ones have yet to be ordered.



        As follow up to this situation, in a court of law, I Servizi Design lost her case against us, and also lost the countersuit that we placed against her. Another note, I Servizi Design no longer exists at this Souh Side location.

        It seems that quite a few facts have been left out of this review, here are a few: • I Servizi Design did not sign a contract to remodel this client’s kitchen. • I Servizi Design sold kitchen cabinets to the homeowner per their specifications. • The homeowner did all of the remodeling himself as he is a “handyman” and was on a very tight budget. • To date the homeowner has paid I Servizi Design $ 4,400.00 on $22,000.00 worth of kitchen cabinetry • This issue will be resolved in legal arbitration.
