        My name is Tim Merolillo and I have been dedicated to training from a very young age. I also realized that hard work and dedication is key when trying to accomplish a goal. I have participated in many training programs and sports at both the high school and college levels. These programs made me strive for excellence because they instilled a concrete idea within me, which is to always be ready for the next step. Focus The individual is key to our focus.. I will show each client that hard work is the only thing that matters; results will come, muscles will fatigue, but that great feeling of accomplishment will begin on day one.
